Fabretto Children’s Foundation is a great food partner of FMSC’s. Over 1 million FMSC meals are served in Fabretto schools throughout Nicaragua each year.

This delicious fair trade coffee, developed by Fabretto and the 5 de Junio Cooperative in partnership with Mayorga Organics, is making a difference for hundreds of farmers in rural Nicaragua. Some of the coffee farmers working in the coffee cooperative also have children attending Fabretto’s school and eating FMSC meals each day! The cooperative members farms are between 1,200 and 1,400 meters of altitude, with extensive shade that contributes to the quality of the coffee. The application of organic fertilizer and careful management including the use of screens, a careful selection of the coffee, in addition to better care and drying also form part of the quality process.

Hope Blend coffee is certified organic by OCIA International and is a medium roast with medium acidity and body.
