These SwaziMUD™ trivets are handcrafted in Eswatini. They are bisked (baked), hand-glazed, and lastly cooked in a flame kiln for a second time.
Khutsala Artisans is one of Heart for Africa's poverty initiatives and opened in 2013. It is a place that creates HOPE through beauty, design and excellence. Employees at Khutsala receive training in bead craft, jewelry making, and home décor pieces.
SwaziMUD™, their signature brand of ceramics are produced in their pottery barn. Khutsala™ Artisans plays a critical part in Heart for Africa's goal for sustainability. Over 90% of their products are shipped and sold in North America with 100% of the profits going directly back to support the children living on Project Canaan.
