Meet the Artisans
Janeth
Janeth adores creating amigurumi animals for Weaving Hope. One of her favorite things is transforming the yarn into something fun for kids. “It inspires me to give joy to the children,” she said. Janeth is able to provide for her family and send her children to school. She dreams of earning her own degree and building a bright future for her children.
Yelitza
A mother of two, Yelitza rejoices in her job knitting amigurumi animals for Weaving Hope and the FMSC MarketPlace. She takes pride in creating each animal and loves that they are safe for children. Thanks to you, she is able to support her children in Peru and afford care for one of her daughters who has Down Syndrome.
