Mauricio has passionately sculpted clay for 40+ years. Employed by FMSC partner Food for the Poor, he devotes his life to creating beautiful ceramic masterpieces. His work has provided a source of income for him and his family, and has also helped him to cross borders and expose the talent of Salvadoran artisans. He takes his inspiration from God’s creation and dreams of passing on his expertise and craftsmanship to future artists.
